This past fall I had the privilege of working with a local artist from London Ontario, Laura Tetrault who had approached me about teaming up to offer clients an original piece of artwork from a photography that I had taken from their Wedding. I thought it was a fabulous idea and really loved the work as well as her personality and obvious passion. The idea is that my clients get a cost reduction when ordering a painting through me as opposed to commissioning Laura alone. The pieces are Impressionist style and are made from the best materials; a family heirloom for years to come.
I was very excited to approach Laura about our first project together. I supplied a few images of the couple on their Wedding Day and she gave me her feedback as to which might work best. She then supplied sketches and we narrowed down the choices from there. What a fantastic process this was and I was SO impressed with her talent! We were finished the entire process within two weeks and she even packed and shipped it to the U.S. for me! It turned out stunningly beautiful.
This is such a unique offering for my Wedding clients, I can’t wait for the next project.

This is a photograph of the final painting. When I saw it live, I was blown away at how gorgeous and rich it was and how every angle made the colours change a bit with the light. The couple who received it (Sarah and Charlie) were completely awe-struck! It was purchased as a gift for them and so was a surprise. They said it was the most beautiful piece of art they had ever seen.
